The milestones depend on both sides. If your team is delayed providing materials — the SOP library, org chart or document list — the timeline pauses on our side and resumes when those materials arrive.
Yes. Every Fast Track tier includes the Cloudtheapp platform validation package, which follows FDA computer system validation guidance and carries the documents and artifacts required for 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485 and FDA QMSR. You only need to validate the apps you configure, or ask us to validate them as an add-on to the quote.

We offer add-ons for out-of-scope requests — additional configuration sessions, extended document migration, app validation and expanded training coverage. They are priced transparently and discussed on request, so nothing is a surprise at signature.
