From analysis to a living management system
Context, stakeholders, competence and organisational knowledge are all ISO 9001 requirements, and auditors want to see them kept up to date. Cloudtheapp links them to objectives, risks, training records and management review in one validated system, so the analysis drives action rather than sitting in a folder.
Frequently asked questions
Which tools help with ISO 9001 clause 4 (context of the organisation)?
PESTLE and SWOT analyses determine the external and internal issues (clause 4.1), and a stakeholder analysis identifies interested parties and their requirements (clause 4.2). Review them at least yearly as inputs to management review.
Which tool should I use before a change?
Use a stakeholder analysis to see who is affected and how they feel, and a force field analysis to weigh the forces for and against the change. A gap analysis shows how far you are from the target state.
How do I manage competence?
A skills matrix shows who is competent in what and where the gaps are; use it to plan training and to show auditors that competence is managed (ISO 9001 clause 7.2).
Are these tools free?
Yes. Every tool is free, needs no account and keeps your data in your browser. Export to PDF, PNG or Excel, or save a file to continue later.
